6 Rules Of Composition

Simplicity:
This photo is very simple. The main objective would be the gold star thats directly in the middle, making it very obvious.

Rule of Thirds:
It was slightly off. The student is the main subjective of this photo, and he is not directly placed on the middle. To make this photo better, i shouldn't have cut his foot off from the photo.

Lines:
This clearly shows lines everywhere. Therefore the subject would be vertical and horizontal lines. To anyone that sees this, they could tell its "Lines".

Balance:
This shows Symmetry. The subject is the students working side by side. They are even, if by chance they were flipped, they would be symmetry. If i could retake this photo again, it may be better if there were only two students, making it more simplistic.

Framing:
This is a good example of "Framing". The subject would be the people eating/sitting down. While the tree, and tree branch "frames" them. I would have taken the picture slightly farther to get a better look at it.

Avoiding Mergers:
This shows merging of two things. The subject would be the girl, and the pole shows them merging when the photo was taken at that certain angle. Anyone could tell that there was a merger in this picture by looking.

  5. I recognize the rule (Lines) being followed in this photo.
    I rate this a 10/10.
What I like about the photo is that there are lines everywhere going in different directions.
Next time you should maybe take a picture of something that has lines, but heading to am specific direction.
But other than that, its perfect :)
